Auto-detect table columns
Splits each line into columns based on spacing gaps. Good for clean, ruled or whitespace-aligned tables.
Plain text (one column)
Puts each line of text into column A as-is. Slower to clean up, but never misaligns a safe fallback if auto-detect looks wrong.
